How to compare two texts

Paste the original on the left and the new version on the right.
Press Compare. Removed lines are red (−), added lines are green (+), and inside a changed line the exact words are highlighted.
Untick Show only changes to see the whole text with changes in place.

Can I compare two PDFs or Word files?

Copy their text first. For a PDF, use PDF to Text, then paste each version here.

Is there a size limit?

It works well up to about 5,000 lines in each box. Very large texts may take a few seconds.
