Press Make PDF, then print the new file at 100% size (not "fit to page").

How many pages per sheet can I still read?

For normal text, 2 or 4 per sheet is easy to read. Slides with large text work well at 6 or even 9 per sheet.

Will the text be blurry?

No. Pages are placed as they are, not turned into pictures, so text stays sharp and searchable.

Printing on both sides?

Choose "Flip on long edge" in your printer settings for portrait sheets, and "Flip on short edge" for sideways (landscape) sheets.
