How to fill a PDF form online
- Choose your PDF. Every page appears below.
- Pick Text, click where you want to write, and type. Use Tick or Cross for check boxes, and Date to add today's date.
- Made a mistake on the original? Use White-out to cover it, then type over it.
- Press Save PDF. Your additions become part of the file.
Can I change the text that's already in the PDF?
Not directly. Cover it with White-out, then type the new text on top. On screen and on paper it looks the same.
Can I type in Hindi or other languages?
Not yet. This tool uses a standard PDF font that covers English letters, numbers and common symbols (including é, ü and £). The ₹ sign isn't included, so write "Rs." instead.
How do I add a signature?
Use Sign PDF. You can draw, type or upload your signature.
Does white-out really remove the text?
No. It covers the text, but the original words are still inside the file and can be copied out. Never use it to hide private information such as account numbers.
