How to take a screenshot from a video

Choose your video, play it, and pause at the moment you want. Use the 1-frame buttons to get it exactly right.
Press Save this frame. The picture is saved at the video's full resolution, sharper than a normal screenshot.
To save many frames, choose how often and press Save frames as ZIP.

How does "Skip frames that look the same" work?

Each new frame is compared with the last saved one. If almost nothing changed, as when a lecture slide stays on screen, it's skipped. You get one picture per slide.
