How to convert a video to MP4

Choose your video. If it plays in the preview, it can be converted.
Pick MP4, and a resolution if you want it smaller.
Press Convert. The video plays through once while it's recorded in the new format.

Why is only WebM offered?

Some browsers (such as older Firefox) can only save WebM. Use Chrome, Edge or Safari to save MP4.

My video won't open.

Your browser must be able to play the video first. iPhone HEVC videos open in Safari and Edge; AVI and WMV files usually don't open in browsers at all.
