How to print passport photos at home

How many photos fit on a 4×6 sheet?
8 photos of 35 × 45 mm fit on a 4×6 inch sheet with a 2 mm gap. For 2 × 2 inch photos, 2 fit. A4 fits up to 30 photos of 35 × 45 mm.
Is my photo uploaded anywhere?
No. All the cropping and the sheet are made inside your browser. The photo never leaves your phone or computer.
Will an official office accept it?
That depends on their rules for background, lighting, expression and size. This tool gets the size and layout right; check the rest against your form's photo guidelines.
