Which formats can I open?

Anything your browser can play: MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, OGG, OPUS and FLAC in Chrome, Edge and Firefox. Safari can't open OGG files. You can also open videos to get their sound.

Which MP3 quality should I choose?

128 kbps is fine for speech and lectures. 192 kbps sounds good for music. 320 kbps is the highest MP3 quality. Converting can't add back quality that the original didn't have.

Why choose mono?

Voice recordings rarely need stereo. Mono makes WAV files half the size.
