Parts A, B and C with 42 original questions, timed like the real test: 15 minutes for Part A, then 45 minutes for Parts B and C. At the end you get an estimated OET score and an explanation for every answer.

- Part A: diagnosing and treating iron deficiency anaemia.
- Part B: patient information boards, nil by mouth, smoking on admission, labelling blood samples, syringe drivers and staff flu vaccination.
- Part C: artificial intelligence in diagnostic imaging, and noise in hospital wards.
